Q What's the difference between janitorial service and deep cleaning?
Janitorial service covers your daily or recurring maintenance — trash removal, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, mopping, surface wiping, and break room upkeep. Deep cleaning is a more intensive, periodic service that addresses areas regular cleaning doesn't reach: grout scrubbing, baseboard detailing, vent cleaning, light fixture dusting, and high-touch surface restoration. Most facilities use both on different schedules.
Q Do you offer green cleaning options?
Yes. Our green cleaning program uses EPA Safer Choice and Green Seal certified products, HEPA-filtered vacuums, and low-moisture cleaning methods that reduce water waste and chemical exposure. This is especially popular with corporate offices, education facilities, and any LEED-certified buildings. Green cleaning doesn't mean less effective — it means smarter chemistry and better indoor air quality.
Q What commercial cleaning equipment do you use?

Q Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and products?
Yes. We supply all cleaning products, chemicals, equipment, and consumables (trash liners, paper products, etc. can be included if requested). All products are EPA-registered where applicable and selected based on your facility type. If you have specific product requirements or restrictions — such as fragrance-free or allergen-safe products — we accommodate those as part of your service plan.
Q Can you handle multiple service types in a single contract?
Absolutely. Most of our clients combine multiple services — for example, nightly janitorial with monthly floor care and quarterly deep cleaning. Bundling services under one provider means a single point of contact, consistent quality across all touchpoints, and simplified billing. Q What does your disinfection service include?
Our disinfection services use EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants applied via electrostatic sprayers and ULV foggers for full-coverage application. This includes high-touch surface treatment (door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, shared equipment), restroom disinfection, and optional air quality treatment. We follow CDC-aligned protocols and provide documentation of products used and dwell times achieved.

Q What factors affect my commercial cleaning cost?
The biggest factors are square footage, cleaning frequency (daily costs less per visit than weekly), number of restrooms and high-traffic zones, industry-specific requirements (medical or food service facilities require specialized protocols), and whether you need add-on services like floor care or disinfection. We'll break all of this down in your proposal so there are no surprises.
Q Do you require long-term contracts?
We offer both contract and month-to-month options. Most recurring clients prefer a service agreement because it locks in pricing and guarantees scheduling priority, but we don't require long-term commitments. We also provide one-time cleaning services for move-in/move-out, post-construction, and special events.
Q Is there a minimum square footage or facility size?

Q Can you clean after business hours or overnight?
Yes. Most of our clients prefer after-hours service so cleaning doesn't disrupt their business operations. We offer evening, overnight, and early-morning schedules depending on your facility's needs. We also accommodate weekend-only schedules for facilities that operate Monday through Friday.
Q How quickly can you start service after I sign up?
In most cases we can begin service within 3–5 business days of signing your agreement. For emergency or urgent needs — such as post-construction cleanup or a sudden vacancy — we can often mobilize within 24–48 hours. We'll confirm your start date as part of the onboarding process.
Q What if I need to change my cleaning schedule?
We understand that business needs shift. You can adjust frequency, days, or service scope with reasonable notice — typically 5–7 business days for recurring schedule changes. For one-time skips (holidays, office closures), just let us know in advance and we'll adjust without penalty.
Q Do you offer one-time or single-visit cleaning?
Yes. We handle one-time projects including post-construction cleanup, move-in/move-out cleans, pre-event preparation, and seasonal deep cleans. These are quoted separately from recurring services. Many one-time clients end up transitioning to a recurring plan once they see the results.
Q What happens if a crew member calls in sick?
We maintain backup staffing specifically for this. If a team member is unavailable, a trained replacement is dispatched so your facility never goes uncleaned. Because we're local, reassigning crew is fast — you won't notice a gap in service. Your facility manager is notified of any personnel changes.

Q Can you clean commercial kitchens to health department standards?
Absolutely. Our commercial kitchen cleaning covers hood and exhaust degreasing, floor drains, grout restoration, equipment deep-cleaning, and sanitization to meet Minnesota Department of Health inspection standards. We understand the difference between front-of-house presentation cleaning and back-of-house compliance cleaning — and we do both.
Q What's different about cleaning a gym or fitness center?
Fitness facilities present unique challenges: high-moisture environments, heavy foot traffic, rubber flooring, shared equipment, and locker rooms with persistent odor and bacteria concerns. We use antimicrobial treatments on equipment surfaces, steam vapor for locker rooms and showers, and specialized floor care for rubber and turf surfaces. Disinfection frequency is typically higher than standard commercial spaces.
Q Do you handle post-construction cleanup?
Yes. Our post-construction cleaning is a multi-phase process: rough clean (debris removal), detail clean (dust, adhesive, and paint residue removal from all surfaces), and final clean (touch-ready preparation for occupancy). We handle drywall dust extraction, window cleaning, fixture polishing, and floor preparation. This service is available as a one-time project throughout the metro.
